Dr. Mandarino attended Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York. He completed an intense three year program in sciences.  He was resident of the Pre-Chiropractic Society for two years.  Upon graduation he was awarded the Ira D. Rotherberg scholarship for excellence in the Pre-Chiropractic program. Additionally, he was selected to the Dean’s List. From there he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
